Get to Know Joe

Meet the dedicated owner of Basque Landscaping, LLC.

Jose’ (Joe) Sarratea was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. In 2014 Joe’s father decided to retire after 40+ years in the lawn care business and turn it over to Joe. Prior to his dad retiring Joe worked with his father in the business for 10+ years. His father’s business was very successful, and Joe wanted to continue and grow his own business.

Joe’s great work ethics comes from his father being a 1st generation into the United States coming over from Spain as a Basque Sheepherder. Joe is very proud of his Basque Heritage. Joe believes that dependability and integrity are the foundation of Basque Landscaping, LLC success and is committed to his promise of providing customers with the very best in quality service.

I moved to Reno from California a few years ago and met Joe while cutting my neighbor's lawn. I am completely delighted with the quality of their service and their pricing. They are friendly and a pleasure to work with. I know what day they are due to arrive and if it's not convenient for me. He works around my schedule. I cannot recommend them more highly.
